1-1 PERSONAL COACHING

Dreams really do come true. I believe that all people can achieve their dream body and benefit from feeding the mind healthy information to achieve a better body, mind and spirit. I personalize every single training and food program for your body and goals. This will be an 8-week period and it is every client’s responsibility to check in with me via email to make sure you are on track. Clients are responsible for contacting me at week 3, week 6 and week 8 during the 8-week period. I am available to you to answer any questions! This is how I can monitor clients’ progress and make necessary changes if needed. It is also how clients begin to develop self-accountability, which is essential for sustaining the progress they’ve made after completing the program. Check ins are complementary and 100% optional, as clients can decide to not partake in them. The idea is that we unlearn bad habits and information and renew it with healthy information and healthy habits so that you do not continually need me (unless you want to!) and you gain the confidence and tools to achieve your goals on your own!
